Community Trust Credit Union offers several convenient online services that CTCU members can access. Services designed to utilize the power of the Internet to help you make better financial decisions and make your life easier. Many online services make visits to the credit union rare. From home, work, a local library, from a hotel room across the country or a coffee shop in Gurnee, from McHenry or Kenosha County, or from Gurnee and Grayslake— you have full access to CTCU's products and services wherever you have an Internet connection!
Central to CTCU's online services is eBranch, designed to be your virtual online Internet banking branch office, and more. eBranch gives you direct access to your accounts, view activities, balances, and history. You can transfer funds between CTCU accounts, manually or scheduled. Set up email special notifications to let you know of specific actions or situations regarding your account. You can receive and pay your bills online, view and print cancelled checks, get your monthly account statements, reorder checks, and more!
Got a VISA Card from CTCU? You can view your account balance, credit limit and available credit as well as payment information and history online.
Need a loan? Our Any Hour Loan program, where you can apply for a VISA Credit Card, Auto Loan, Home Equity and other types of Loans.

Have you checked your credit report lately? CTCU has partnered with Experian to provide CTCU members with credit reports and monitoring services. You receive an email alert whenever key changes are made in your credit report, which can be the first sign of ID theft.
Time to reorder checks? Clarke American, CTCU's check vendor provides online access for CTCU members to shop for your personal design preference as well as checking accessories.
Tax season again? Few of us enjoy the process of preparing and filing our taxes, especially when they get more complicated. For years TurboTax has been a best selling software application which makes tax preparation simple, easy, and accurate. CTCU members can now access TurboTax for The Web which offers the same simplicity, ease of use, accuracy and security of the desktop version but for less cost. Filing your taxes electronically and choosing direct deposit into your CTCU account, means your refund is processed quickly and is usually delivered in less than 2 weeks!
