This is a 10% increase from the 2000 census total of 18,506 residents, and a 175% increase from the 1990 census figure of 7,388 residents. Membership Eligibility
CTCU Membership is open to anyone meeting these requirements:
- Live or work in Lake or McHenry Counties in Illinois or Kenosha County in Wisconsin, or have a relative who is a CTCU member.
- $50.00 to open a membership.
