How It Works

Easily access your CTCU accounts through ART, simply by using a touch-tone phone!

1. Call ART at 847-662-7346.
   (If outside the 847-area code, call toll-free: 877-457-7553. )
2. Enter your Member Number as shown on your statement followed by the # sign.
3. Enter your access code, followed by the # sign. This is a 4-8 digit PIN number that only you know. If you don’t have an access code, contact the credit union and any staff person can set you up with one.
4. Enter the service code for the transaction you wish to perform, followed by the # sign.
5. To end your session, press '99', followed by the # sign.
